Maze (Joshua Erhunwmnese Okunzuwa) and Mxtreme (Godfrey Osenemandia Imhanwa), collectively known as Maze x Mxtreme, are Nigeria’s prominent EDM artists. The Benin City, Edo State duo are DJs, producers and remixers. Their electric live performances combine the art of disc jocking and live synth.

Maze x Mxtreme’s primary genre is AFRO EDM (AFRO ELECTRONIC DANCE MUSIC ), fusing afrobeats with elements of EDM synth and sound while their secondary genres include Dancehall Indie, Future Bass, EDM, and House. Maze x Mxtreme started officially in 2016. Their glow-in-the-dark Afro Electronic Party, known as The Zodiac Party, is a gathering of EDM lovers in Nigeria. The monthly party is a strong showcase of the EDM community, which Maze x Mxtreme has been able to cultivate.
